Basic / Full performance to commence at xx:xx and end at xx:xx with x interval/s of xx minute/s. The agreed fee is £xxx.xx payable in cash at the end of the performance. Please see below for cancellation terms.

Please complete the details below on both copies of this letter and return one in the self addressed envelope provided. For performances to which the general public have access, the gig will be advertised on the 'bandmeup', 'bandmix', 'YouTube', 'i sound' and 491 blues web sites, and in local newspapers and magazines where possible.
We will also forward posters for display along with gig flyers and we will contact you a week prior to the gig to re-confirm the arrangements.

If you advertise your gigs in the local press or with the use of posters, I would ask that character fonts appear as per the heading of this letter including 'Not just any old rhythm and blues band !'. Characters to be Royal Blue or black in colour and ‘Pristina’ font.
Just to remind you that we will be happy to try and help at short notice if any of your other acts cancel.

Cancellation terms.

Should you decide to cancel the booking, the following terms apply;
More than 40 days before the date booked, no charge.
40 – 30 days prior to the booked date , 50% of the agreed fee.
29 – 10 days prior to the booked date, 75% of the agreed fee.
Less than 10 days prior to the booked date, the agreed fee in full.
These terms to do not apply where an alternative date is agreed.
